May is National Share-a-Story Month, an annual celebration of the power of storytelling. So, we thought it was the perfect time to share the story of Netbiz Group (so far)...13th May 2021 -
Back in 2004, our CEO Neil Erlam saw a gap in the market. Tired of uninspired, outsourced web design being the norm, Neil envisaged creating an agency that offered a package of services to clients, in-house.
So, Netbiz Group was born, and with a little help from our Account Manager Susan Erlam, and Technical Manager David Farmer, who joined Neil in the early years of Netbiz Group, we quickly became a force to be reckoned with!
16 years later, Netbiz Group now boasts almost 6x as many staff as the company started with, and we’ve worked with 1000’s of clients, many of whom still work with us to this day, from our offices in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham and Inverness.
We’re now a leading digital agency, handling all aspects of web design, web development, hosting and support, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, email marketing, pay per click management, PR, and branding- all in-house!
We’ve designed and developed over 1000 websites for a range of businesses from SMEs, to international blue chip companies. Additionally, we host over 500 websites and 2000 email accounts, with bespoke hosting packages tailored to our client’s needs.
Alongside our web design services, our team of SEO experts, PR professionals and marketing specialists offer search engine optimisation, PR, and marketing campaign management to clients from a range of different sectors.
Our SEO and copywriting services ensure that our clients stay ahead of their competition, and our creative and focused marketing campaigns increase brand awareness and connectivity. While our bespoke PR packages are designed to raise our clients’ profiles, enhance their market position, and ensure that their news is heard.
As we’re constantly striving to offer our clients further services, in March 2021, we announced the launch of our branding services. Our fantastic team now offers services to aid with brand identity and strategy development, branding, re-branding, brand guidelines, product and service branding, and brand implementation.
