Nemesis Now trades fantasy giftware globally, based in Stoke-on-Trent their reach spans an impressive 35 countries worldwide. Due to continued expansion Nemesis Now required a new website to give their global customer base a better experience when placing orders and searching for product. Nemesis Now created a technical brief and put this out to tender to a number of agencies throughout the midlands. They were looking for a partnership to design and build a new website as well as a full integration with their stock management system.

We created a multi-lingual, responsive Magento website that integrates with Microsoft NAV – a business management solution that deals with stock levels and customer data. The Trade login has a trade pricing solution with unique prices for different trade users, and there are also a number of pages that are only viewable to those with a trade account.
Other features include multi-currency pricing and languages, product quick view, product filtering, enhanced one page checkout, image overlays and automatic image watermarking. To accommodate for the large amount of products available, there are a number of ways to navigate to a desired product: by brand and range, by type or via a search feature.

As a design led wholesale company we came into this project with strong ideas of what we wanted and needed from our new website and at every stage Netbiz were able to offer us expert advice and technical knowhow, advising us the best way we could achieve the results we wanted. Our website needed to be easy to manage and update from our head office and feature complex tiered customer pricing and quantity discounts, over 2000 products, live customer account status’, detailed product details and catalogue categorisations so integration into our offices ERP system was essential.
The project management and communication throughout the build has been superb. Even when we threw a spanner in the works midway through development by changing our office ERP software Netbiz were able to seamlessly adapt the project to accommodate this major change in the project.
